Payment

You can choose from the following payment methods: Credit Card, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Amazon Pay, Paypal, Convenience Store Payment, Bank Transfer, and Cash on Delivery (COD).

Credit Card
We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, and JCB. (One-time payment only.)

Google Pay
If you are using Google Chrome, you can pay with your Google Pay account.
At the checkout page, please select Google Pay under “Express Checkout.”

Apple Pay
On iPhone, iPad, and Mac, you can use Apple Pay to make payments via Safari.
At the checkout page, please select Apple Pay under “Express Checkout.”

Amazon Pay
Amazon Pay allows you to pay for goods and services using the address and credit card information registered with your Amazon.co.jp account.
At the checkout page, please select Amazon Pay under “Express Checkout.”
You can also create an account using your Amazon account.

Convenience Store Payment
You can pay at a convenience store counter using the payment code issued when you place your order. Anonymous payment is available, and payment can be made 24/7 at convenience stores throughout Japan.

Bank Transfer
After completing your order, please transfer the total amount to the designated bank account.
Transfer fees will be borne by the customer.

Cash on Delivery (COD)
You can also pay upon delivery. Please pay the delivery driver in cash when you receive your order.
Note: Due to system limitations, the COD handling fee of 330 JPY (tax included) is not displayed in the total amount, but it will be charged.


Shipping & Delivery

Carriers: Yamato Transport, Japan Post.
Delivery Time: Normally within 3–4 days after placing the order. Delays may occur due to logistics.

Available delivery time slots:

  • Morning (8:00–12:00)

  • 12:00–14:00

  • 14:00–16:00

  • 16:00–18:00

  • 18:00–20:00

  • 19:00–21:00

Shipping Fee: Flat rate of 550 JPY (tax included).
Free shipping for orders over 5,000 JPY (tax included).
For Hokkaido and Okinawa, the fee is 1,100 JPY (tax included).
For remote islands, additional relay charges may apply (we will contact you before shipment).
Please note: Carriers may be changed without prior notice.


Return & Exchange Policy

We accept exchanges only for defective or damaged products.

Return/Exchange Period: Within 8 days after delivery.
Please contact us before returning items. Returns without prior notice cannot be accepted.

Returns and exchanges will not be accepted for:

  • Items after 8 days of delivery

  • Opened items

  • Used items

  • Sale items

  • Made-to-order items

  • Items damaged or soiled by the customer

  • Returns/exchanges due to personal reasons (different image, wrong size, mistaken order, etc.)

For returns due to initial defects or damages, shipping costs will be covered by us.
Note: Colors and textures may look different depending on your monitor or display environment.


Cancellations

Cancellations after shipment cannot be accepted.
For cancellations before shipment, please contact us via the inquiry form. Depending on the details, your request may not be accepted.
