Shipping policy

Where we ship from

Orders are shipped from our location in Japan. Orders placed by customers in Vietnam are shipped from within Vietnam.

Customs duties and import taxes

For deliveries within Japan, we pay any customs duties and import consumption tax. You will never be charged anything additional.

For deliveries to countries or regions other than Japan and Vietnam, customs duties, taxes, or clearance fees may be charged on import in accordance with the rules of the destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility.

Shipping fees

• Japan: free on orders of 10,000 yen or more / 1,500 yen on orders under 10,000 yen
• Vietnam: free nationwide
• Other countries and regions: free on orders of 150 USD or more / 30 USD on orders under 150 USD

Delivery times

• Dispatch: normally within 2–7 business days of your order being confirmed
• After dispatch: approximately 2–4 days within Japan / 2 days to 1 week within Vietnam / 1–2 weeks for other countries and regions

Please note that delivery may take longer depending on stock levels, carrier conditions, or your location, including remote islands and certain areas. The shipping method may also change depending on circumstances.
