Returns & Defective Products

Please contact us by email or phone in advance if you wish to return or exchange an item.

We cannot accept returns/exchanges in the following cases:

  • Sale items
  • Made-to-order items
  • Items damaged/soiled by the customer
  • Returns due to personal reasons (e.g., size/image mismatch)
  • Orders delivered to a different recipient (except defective items)

Return Shipping: Customer bears the cost. For initial defects/damage, we will cover the cost.
