Shipping
All prices shown on this site are inclusive of shipping fees, customs duties, and VAT. No additional charges will be requested from customers. Shipping fees are as follows:
- Vietnam: Free nationwide shipping
- Japan: Free shipping on orders over ¥10,000; ¥1,500 flat rate for orders under ¥10,000
- Other international regions: Free shipping on orders over USD 150; USD 30 flat rate for orders under USD 150
Orders are usually dispatched within 2–7 business days after confirmation. Delivery times may vary depending on the courier and customs clearance procedures.
Returns & Exchanges
We will replace items only if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. Return/Exchange Period: Please contact us within 3 days after receiving your order. Returns or exchanges sent without prior notice will not be accepted. Please make sure to contact us first.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Items returned more than 3 days after delivery
- Opened items
- Used items
- Sale items
- Made-to-order items
- Items damaged or soiled by the customer
- In case of defective or damaged products, return shipping costs will be covered by our company.

Cancellation Policy
Order cancellations after shipment cannot be accepted. Please note this in advance. For cancellations before shipment, please contact us via the inquiry form. Depending on the details of the cancellation, we may not be able to accommodate your request.
