Shipping
Domestic shipping within Vietnam is free of charge. For countries outside Vietnam, a flat shipping fee of 1,000 JPY will be applied.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept exchanges only for defective or damaged items.
Return/Exchange Period
Please contact us within 3 days of receiving the product.
Returns without prior notice will not be accepted, so please make sure to contact us first.
Important Notes
We cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
- Items returned more than 3 days after delivery
- Opened items
- Used items
- Sale items
- Made-to-order items
- Items damaged or soiled by the customer
- Returns/exchanges due to customer’s reasons (different image, wrong size, incorrect order, etc.*For returns due to initial defects or damages, we will cover the shipping cost.*

Cancellations
We generally cannot accept cancellations after your order has been shipped. For cancellations before shipment, please contact us via the inquiry form. Depending on the situation, your cancellation request may not be accepted.
